Romilly Edge is an experienced family practitioner. She regularly receives instructions to act on behalf of local authorities, parents and children in care and adoption proceedings. Romilly also undertakes work in private law applications and injunctions, particularly in cases involving fact finding relating to allegations of violence or emotional harm, intractable contact disputes and cases involving the appointment of rule 9.5 guardians. She also accepts instructions for work in the court of protection.
