Joined Chambers : 2007 Practice Details : Neil undertakes all types of private law and public law family work and has acted for lead parties in fully contested multi-day hearings in the Family Proceedings Court, County Court and High Court as well as in the full range of associated directions and applications hearings. Neil routinely advises and attends court on ancillary relief matters and has good experience of representing clients at Financial Dispute Resolution hearings and final hearings.
