St. Ive’s Chambers has the single goal of providing the best quality service to its professional and lay clients.

We succeed in this by being able to provide the right barrister for the particular case in hand. We believe that all our tenants may justifiably claim to be skilled, able and personable; some are deemed by outside sources to be leaders in their field. Our clerks prize their integrity and will never oversell a barrister merely to acquire a brief.

We are careful not to rest on our laurels, recognising that our solid reputation is hard won but soon lost.

To this end we have:

acquired and maintained a high standard of accommodation;

adopted a slow and careful recruitment policy for both pupillage and tenancy applicants;

established specialist groups to continue in house training and provide outside topical lectures to solicitors and legal executives; and,

have a dedicated clerking team and administrative support team who continuously reappraise their procedure to ensure improved service.

New and old clients alike are encouraged to discuss their individual requirements with the senior and/or appropriate specialist clerk.

We welcome and respond to constructive comment to assist our pursuit of excellence. Our large and loyal client base is ever increasing and positively reflects the achievement of our aim.
