Practice Details : Tracy Lakin is regularly instructed by Local Authorities, Guardian ad Litems and parents in public and private law Children’s Act applications. She has acted for children and for adults acting under a disability. Her cases have involved serious non-accidental injuries, shaken baby syndrome, the death of children, sexual abuse of children. She is experienced in all aspects of proceedings in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. Tracy Lakin has been led in such work.
Housing Law, predominantly for local authorities, including all
aspects of disrepair, anti-social behaviour legislation (possession
actions and injunctions), section 82 Environmental Protection Act
