Children Act matters, both private and public, acting for local authorities, parents, and Guardians. Non-molestation injunctions, occupation orders, committal proceedings and adoption proceedings. Reported cases: Re C-G (2006) Court of Appeal.

Crime
Crown Court and Magistrates’ Court defence. She also acts for local authorities and defendants in benefit fraud cases.

She has been instructed on behalf of Customs and Excise in both the Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court.
