Practice Details :
Kristina Brown regularly appears in Children Act and matrimonial cases. Her Children Act practice involves both Public Law and Private Law spheres. She represents Local Authorities, parents and children, either acting through their CAFCASS Guardians or instructing their own solicitors and has represented parents and children with serious psychological difficulties or a history of self-harming.

Private work includes intractable contact cases involving the appointment of Rule 9.5 Guardians. The areas of work in which Kristina practices cover all aspects of physical, emotional and sexual abuse.

Financial work includes matrimonial and Schedule 1 cases.
Other aspects of her practice include presenting lectures and training seminars to solicitors and Local Authorities.

Kristina is a Trustee of a local charity.
