She has extensive experience in representing local authorities, parents and children in complex care proceedings at County Court and High Court level. Her childcare practice is complimented by her criminal practice in which she undertakes cases involving child abuse, sex abuse and rape. She is regularly called upon to advise local authorities and police in relation to issues of disclosure, evidence and procedure arising out of the interface between criminal and civil proceedings concerning children. She is one of the members of chambers involved in the provision of training to childcare solicitors and other professionals.
