Practice Details :
Jonathan Gidney is a specialist employment practitioner with substantial
experience in all aspects of employment law. He regularly appears
in Employment Tribunals across the country, and in the Employment
Appeal Tribunal. He also appears in the High Court and County Court
in employment and commercial litigation matters.
Jonathan Gidney has particular expertise in bringing and defending
discrimination claims of all types, including victimisation and
harassment claims, having considerable experience in document heavy,
complex multiday discrimination claims. He undertakes unfair dismissal,
constructive dismissal, breach of contract, unlawful deductions
of wages, TUPE and equal pay claims and is a specialist in the Tribunals
rules of procedure.
Mediation: In February 2004 Jonathan Gidney was
appointed as a CEDR accredited mediator. As an accredited mediator
he can offer mediation as an additional service to his clients.
