Jeremy Weston is regularly instructed by Local Authorities, Guardian
ad Litems and parents in public and private law Childrens
Act applications. He has acted for children and for adults acting
under a disability. His cases have involved serious non-accidental
injuries, shaken baby syndrome, the death of children, sexual abuse
of children and Munchausens Syndrome by proxy. He is experienced
in all aspects of proceedings in the County Court, High Court and
Court of Appeal.
Jeremy Weston has been led in such work.
He has experience in cases involving proceedings under the Hague
Convention and in judicial review proceedings.
