Practice Details :

Andrew Molloy is a dedicated criminal practitioner specialising in both defence and prosecution work in the crown court.

He also undertakes work on behalf of the Revenue and Customs and the DWP, and regularly undertakes private motoring cases in the magistrates' courts.

As a former soldier and prison officer, Mr Molloy has experience in both court-martial work and prison law. He regularly represents serving prisoners at adjudications and oral hearings before the Parole Board.

He specialises in advising on, and conducting, judicial review proceedings in prison law cases.

Mr Molloy is currently engaged by Central Law Training to deliver lectures around the country on courts-martial and is head of the military law group within Chambers.
