Practise Details :
Andrew Day has a mixed common law practice, with particular emphasis upon family and criminal work. He has a particular interest in matrimonial finance and ancillary relief, and quasi- matrimonial trusts of land cases. He is regularly instructed to act in local authority and government agency prosecution cases, in the Magistrates, Youth and Crown courts. Andrew Day also undertakes general civil and immigration work.
