David has defended in all types of cases, including murder, serious sexual and violence offences and armed robbery. He recently secured an acquittal for his client who was one of 12 defendants in a large scale drug supply conspiracy.
He is a Level 4 prosecutor and, as such, is instructed to prosecute the most serious cases including homicide, rape, armed robbery and firearms offences. He is also briefed in many serious sexual cases involving children as victims as well as a large number of historic sex cases. He has prosecuted numerous serious multi-defendant cases and has been instructed as Leading Junior for the Crown.
There have been a number of serious cases where the CPS have instructed him for pre-charge advice, including infant/child deaths and serious sexual offences.
