Practise Details :

Rhiannon regularly accepts instructions from both Local Authorities and Respondents (whether parents, grandparents and extended family or the Guardian) at all levels in public law children work, including applications for care and supervision orders, special guardianship and secure accommodation orders.

Experienced in all levels of private law children work acting for parents and grandparents, including residence and contact disputes under section 8 of the Children Act 1989 with particular experience in contact disputes involving domestic violence or implacable hostility. Also accepts instructions to act for Guardians under rule 9.5.

Domestic Violence and Injunctions
Regularly accepts instructions from both Applicants and Respondents in applications under the Family Law Act 1996 for non molestation and occupation orders and committals. Also accepts instructions in applications under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.


Public Access
Accredited for Public Access work since 2008, is willing to accept instructions in all areas of public access work.
