Practice Details :
Graeme Simpson practises in all areas of family law, including public and private law, with an interest in matrimonial finance.
He is instructed on behalf of local authorities, parents and Guardians and has particular expertise in those cases requiring difficult cross examination and in care cases where there are criminal proceedings running alongside, being able to represent in both.
He also undertakes criminal cases of a serious nature, for both the prosecution and defence in cases of all levels up to and including murder, complex fraud, sexual offences and causing death by dangerous driving. He has been led by Queen’s Counsel for both the defence and the prosecution and has led junior counsel on a number of occasions..
With an engineering background prior to call to the Bar, Mr SImpson has particular expertise in firearms cases and causing death by dangerous driving.
