Qualifications : History BA (Hons), University of Wales Post-graduate Diploma in Legal Studies (Commendation), University of Birmingham, Bar Vocational Course (Outstanding), University of Wales Called: 2007 (Lincoln’s Inn) Joined Chambers : 2009 Practice Details : Adem Muzaffer has a general common law practice commensurate with his year of call and experience as a junior tenant. Prior to joining chambers, Adem worked as a freelance solicitors’ agent, undertaking cases including mortgage possession actions. Since joining chambers, Adem has undertaken cases involving the issue of succession and the interpretation of the Housing Act 1985. Adem has also drafted Claim Forms and Particulars of Claims for a variety of possession proceedings. Adem is available for advisory work, drafting and representation at all stages of proceedings.
