Practice Details :
Adem Muzaffer has a general common law practice commensurate with his year of call and experience as a junior tenant.
Adem was a pupil of Nicholas Cole, Head of the Regulatory Group; During his time with Nicholas, Adem worked on cases for the Health and Safety Executive, the Environment Agency, and the Department of Work and Pensions.
Since he has been on his feet, Adem has had experience of prosecuting benefit frauds on behalf of the Department of Work and Pensions and planning offences on behalf of Local Authorities along with general crime within the magistrates and crown court.
Adem is available for advisory work, drafting and representation at all stages of proceedings.
